Local Fabricator Needed - Hidden Winch on LC

I am looking for a local fabricator that can build item A on page 8 of the attached pdf. This is for a hidden winch on a 2000 Land Cruiser. I am looking for someone around the Triangle area. Please PM me if you know of someone.

I will give BRUISER a thumbs up, Ken has been around the sport a long time and builds VERY clean product. Look at his thread where he cut off the back part of his XJ and made a "pickup" bed. Good example of the kind of attention / work he does.
