Assuming Google is correct about the bolt pattern being 10x7 25...
You could do adapters to something common like 10x225 which is on F450/F550 and Ram 4500/5500.
But they are stupid expensive.
Or $200ea on ebay, but there's only 5 haha

My be cheaper to get axles from a f450/550 or ram and install them, vs the adapters. Then you have upgraded brakes & steering in the processAssuming Google is correct about the bolt pattern being 10x7 25...
