USA TODAY: Mom sues TSA over request to strip search her transgender teen at North Carolina airport.

So, I guess the mom is suing because the body scanner can only recognize physical gender and not take into account personal feelings 🙄. We need engineers to get to work on that modification. Our safety rests in being able to scan threats based on what you feel you are carrying through the body scanner 😉.

I interpret it as the court said that the vehicle owner has an reasonable expectation of privacy and going up and marking chalk on a tire is an invasion of that privacy and therefore violates the 4th amendment.

This annoys me. If you fail to follow signage, you deserve a ticket. If you fail to pay the ticket, you should face consequences.
