also looks like the study was done in Utah, which is one of if not the only state that still primarily sells elk tags over the counter for all hunting season with no caps on tags, AKA shit tons of pressure from hunters. id like to see what the impact of hunters on draw tags units, or limited access units.

The chase blew by me at Skycrest and NewHope, caught it on dash cam, Duder was in opposite lanes then in grass median back into turn lane and blew past me, took a sec to realize wtf was happening once the cop cars blew by.
Caught in the resulting traffic blockage on way back to customer and leaving customer.
