“This case could set a precedent, impacting countless other builders and musicians”: Fender escalates legal campaign against S-style guitars, issues first cease and desist to US builder
Family-run LsL Instruments is seeking to raise funds for its legal battle against Fender, which has instructed the firm to stop making its S-style guitarswww.guitarworld.com
yup, and thats pretty much what the video said too.Design patent on that guitar expired like 50 years ago, and it's not a copyrighted/trademarked shape. I don't see how any argument they make could stand up in court. Probably just throwing money at a lawsuit hoping the little guys will have to fold.

You have the option to turn that stuff off or not use it. Not that anyone is realistically going to go without a cell phone these days, but you are free to. Cant opt out of being watched by networked cameras on every corner where you live and work. While I agree w you he also has a point. Also if you have wifi / bluetooth on and not expressly hidden, you don't even need GPS to be tracked. Other people's phones and other devices around you know you were there. You can't truly turn it off. They'll just turn it back on if they want to. Your only real option is to not use it.
Weird. A drone seems cheaper and more effective these days.![]()
