Well I went back to the Doc for my 1 week checkup today. Monday he told me that it may need draining again this time but he wasn't sure. Well It did and we got 25cc more fluid this time, which means I'm back to not really being able to get around again. He's given me a new brace for my leg than runs from ankle to hip and keeps my knee from bending and holds pressure on the bad area. I have to go back again Wednesday for another checkup. He says if it needs draining again then they're gonna put a permanent drain tube in. This is getting old and I need to get back to work!

As it stands now I should be back in the shop Wednesday afternoon. I probably won't be 100% but I'm gonna try to get back on some of these projects I've got to get done.
Sorry for the inconvenience guys, things will be back to normal soon.
 
Dang dude! I just saw this thread...Better give yourself time to heal, or you'll be right back in the same boat. I'm sure your customers will understand. Not sure when your autofair thing is, but if I'm around I'll be glad to lend a hand if needed. Just let me know! Get well!!
 
dude that sucks, hope you heal fast. keep that stuff clean and follow the docs orders my mom has been in nursing for yrs and constantly harps on me when the shop fights back even for the smallest things. she has seen all kind of infections and the real nasty MRSA cases.
Keep it clean and dry dude, prayers out for ya!
 
Thanks guys. I'm actually feeling pretty good today. I've been up walking around quite a bit, so maybe by Wednesday when I go see the doc he'll give me the green light to get back to work!
