The "McFuck" F-150 (Gotta thank @StretchASU for the name)

Been out of the game for hot minute but we're back like a bad case of the clap. I would say that I have a plan but those that know me, know that I'm like a squirrel when acorns are failing with the attention span of a gnat.

The boring details:
• 1984 F-150 351W 4spd
• Enough rust to make Fred Flintstone jelly of my floorboards

The plan: (Subject to change even before I finish this post)
• Road worthy driver (burnouts and general raising hell while praising Dale)
• Super Duty tons, radius arm and coils up front, leaf springs in the rear
• Flatbed to replace the bondo
• Rust repair to make sure if I drop my phone while driving it doesn't hit the road
• let the SBF make SBF noises

54 lbs is what the stock cast iron intake weighed btw, damn near had to get a crane to lift it out.

I really should stay off the internet late at night because the Holley and headers just showed up this week.

More updates to follow.

Going to bob the rear of the bed?

I like where this is going!

I’ll just leave this here for reasons.

Get done gt40p heads from an exploder if they’ll fit, you’ll get +20 horse pressures real cheap like (It has to be a roller cam block to fit)
Likely gonna try my luck with with some budget aluminum gt40 style heads when I get to that point. It's not a roller cam block and I doubt I'll do to coin on a roller setup. I'm going to put a cam in it at some point, not because of the power gain but mainly bc I want the chop lol.

Already ready sitting on 35-36 tsl's. Gotta like on some 40s but we'll see how things shape up.

For context, the namesake statement was “you just need to mcfuck that thing all to hell and put the parts in @Jody Treadway ‘s ranger chassis”
Yes but I fit in Jody's Ranger like a fat chick in yoga pants. I also just want to build something again. As much as I'd like to have the Ranger I'd end up in the same boat he is with it of going to a chassis and I'm likely 10 years till I think I'll be playing in that sandbox again.

Na, to much bondo and even my mild wheeling has a tendency to harm sheet metal. Going build a flat bed but I will cut the frame back to the rear shackle mounts. Need to source some tube and then I'll scrap the bed and start figuring out a plan/design.

Fat chicks wear yoga pants. we can just nickname the ranger the Moose Knuckle

Exhaust is gonna be all the bling. Had leftovers of a polished 2.5" SS kit stuck on the shelf that Adam gave me a couple of years ago. Still undecided on what mufflers and X vs. H pipe but we'll see how the first few feet of running pipe goes.

Fuel cell is "temporarily" mounted until the bed comes off. Still need to drop the factory tanks out and run the new fuel line.

The old 351w is starting to look decent. Went with Ford gray as I thought blue would be a bit loud. Headers are on, drivers side fitment is shit, clearance to the driveshaft is questionable and there not a ton of room to get the exhaust routed. Should be starting on the exhaust and addressing wiring next weekend after I get back from a work trip.

As a die hard OG Ford guy, Spintech or MAC Prochambers are the pinnacle of great sound.
There's a YT channel Neomustangs that recently did a 5 muffler comparison on his Windsor. Maybe worth a watch.
