Metal Flake White

those are older pics...he isn't done yet. I'm glad you didn;t get the boat either...I just don;t get it though...It didn;t leak near that bad when I had it. I think he broke something. He's fortunate that he knows how to work with fiberglass. He's not concerned with the leak.

most likely the boot tore when he was working on it

Probably so

He had never worked on a boat before...

He got the coupler swaped out and said iit goes great...just running the bilge pump every 10-15 minutes sucks...

That's why I didn't want to tacke the job. I knew I would screw something up. Glad someone else did.

Kick @ss man, throw up some pics!

The u-joint bellows on the boat is ripped or seated inproperly reinstalled. pass that on to the new owner

btw.. i wouldn't of let him paint those door handles on the outside.. they will chip up and start to look like shit, have him remove them before painting, or the paint will chip around them after some age... and adding those flakes will make it a bitch to come back and touch up without looking ghetto

then I won't mention to check out the pics out now. I wanted them white...the ones on my CR-V is like that...

All white...no black handles.

At any rate...
I get Big Birtha back tomorrow...

finished pics to follow in the next couple days...

It looks really good in all white. Looks like he did a good job; I just hope those door handles don't come back to bite you in the ass:beer:

if it does, it does.

Mine was his first Suburban...he had done Tahoes before...he just kept saying that it was soooo big.

Wish you could see it live...the glass flake is remarkable...

Most of those colrs are 3 stages
White Base coat
some sot of pearl/gliter coast
and clear coast
Very hard to match if repairs are needed

I was able to swap someone a pair of 1994 VW Golf tail lights for a set of headlights and bumper lights that are not duled out from road grime...

I got the bumper lights on, but I am struggling on how to get the grill off. I have to take it back to the guy who painted it on the 22nd so he can redo the roof, and wet sand and buff a few spots, so I am asking him to do it for me. I don't want to screw anything up.
