Moe's Monday

Yall boys sure do live some burritos.I ate at moes once and I was pretty impressed with the food but I cant remember what I had

Wow, what's with all the Chipotle hate? I thought you guys had class.

Whats not to love? Meat and a whole bunch of shit wrapped up in a tortilla...Its like subway for men :)

Its been a few years since Ive ate Moe's

But as a I recall... a giant flour tortilla with 2 days worth of carbs, stuffed til busting at the seams with rice, add i some reheated freezer bruned meat product (serioususly their chicken and steak taste identical, beef has a little extra rat flavor) and a little bit o cheese....wrap that tasty bundle up and charge you $6 bucks for it WELCOME TO MOE'S!

Believe me, I in no way saying this is real mexican food. But for 6 bucks with chips and a drink, you can't beat it.

You want Mexican food, eat where the natives eat. Give me some tacos lengua with extra hot sauce or a big torta over that cheesy Americanized gut bomb any day. That's Mexican fast food! If I can understand the cook, then it isn't authentic. Just ignore the sanitation grade! ;-)
Lengua is ok, not a big fan of the texture. gimme Pastor, Chorizo or Asada and I'm a happy damn camper!

If you're in the HP area, head over to South Main to the Taco Corner. Best Mexican food around. They also have a Truck that is at the 311 Flea Market every Saturday and Sunday!

Taco Corner....Ill have to check that out.

Chilaquiles, Esquite, and Birria... That is all.

did not know that, thanks. Good luck though, busting thru the monday lunchtime crowd up to the chip serving area. Its hard enough working your way over to the drink area for refills.

I both love and hate that stupid 31 flavors drink machine, but at least it has some good caffeine-free options.

Now that's way too confusing for me...sweet tea cooler is way easier. Once in a while it's out, but they are pretty good about having a second cooler right next to it.

I only hate them. They slow everything down, and drip the last guys drink on my hand while I'm getting ice. If the ice thing was separate, it'd be fine, because I only need the ice for my tea.

I dunno if y'all know this or not but y'all inspire me

Qdoba has Dollar Taco Tuesdays...I'm fed and out for 5 bucks. Nearly competes with Taco Bell.

The local Rio Grande does dollar taco tuesdays also... great deal as long as you don't add stuff.
When I go for mexican
I usually get the Choriqueso as an appetizer and then get the Arroz con Texanas (Steak, Shrimp, Chicken) that way I get some of each major meat group with my meal. Pork, Beef, Seafood, Chicken Hahaha.

I almost never go for mexican with Lunch because mexican food is so much better with a Dos Equis to wash it down.
