Good thing I worked on the shop floor as an assembly mechanic/welder, then group lead, then supervisor, then manager as I was finishing my damn shingle that says I think I know what I'm doing then, huh? Got a little tired of people hunting me100% why I believe ANY design engineer/architect should be REQUIRED to work in their field of expertise installing what they intend to design the second they graduate. At least for a year. THEN go to work. Otherwise you get some nimrod that will design a ISX head that can't be removed from a pusher without separating the entire coach from the frame...and you get a $26hr mechanic that want's to drive to corporate and put a bullet in your head for it
Only took gawddamn near a decade that way, but wth….haha
I've committed similar sins to this due to space constraints, although I was the one that caused the space constraint.
