This is a favorite of mine. It reminds me of a cat I had a few years back. When my family was moving and staying in a temporary apartment it just walks in one day. My wife (who hates cats) starts wigging out and shooing it away with a towel. The cat just sits a few feet away from her and starts washing its paws.

Ninji ended up moving with us and earning his keep as one hell of a rodent killer at our new house. When we sold the house, the cat remained as an adopted pest control device (he would have hated the transatlantic flight).
