I Remember camping at Kerr lake back around 1977 with my family. There was a canteen attached to the bathhouse and the park ranger would open it up in the afternoons. I got my first push up from there. Orange goodness to a 12 year old on a hot summer day.

I wasn't allowed to eat them....but I built plenty of race cars and pop guns from them.

Yep. Had a girlfriend who went to North Johnston and remember it well.
