I enjoy a bug and plant based diet. My freezer is full of chicken, beef, and pork that converted grass and bugs into wonderful meat for me to enjoy.

Race baiting aside...I made bank in high school on the sportsball practice fields. Started off as getting hazed by upper classman, see a bug on the practice field and eat it. Eventually said I wouldn't do it for free. I could clear upward of a couple hundred a month. Once you get beyond the stigma of eating bugs are gross, it's pretty easy to do. And I highly doubt it's as bad as some of these kids out there eating ass.
