It's also a higher pizza to crust ratio.
I like crust, but why pay for so much that is just bread

That is why i like thin crust. Typically far less "wasted" bread, and i think the crunchy texture plays well with the toppings.

And I don't feel as guilty when I eat the whole pie since "it was just thin crust".
