I was 10 to 15 years younger than a lot of guys. I was also that much older than about a third of the crew. All the young fellas moved on because of the treatment from the older generation and the plant culture in general. Guess who they put in charge of the crew? Guess who didn't hang around to rework years of bad habits and good ol boys?

Hindsight: This has happened to me on more than one occasion. First being I was much younger and the old heads where the same age and the young crowd was my age.






Up until now I have not played with that trend in my head......hmmmmm much to ponder.

I'm sure the horse will need some sort of particulant filter. And the cart will need an audible device so they can hear it coming.
