70's when I was a about 12, a friend/neighbor about 18 had a horse and smoking Cherokee girlfriend and a Ford 250 truck. They took me with them to the stables and to the store to get beer and Skoal and I sat in the middle. He had a spittoon on the hump and both of them spit in it while we were going down the road while I tried to keep the spit off my shoes!......good times I miss.
