There used to be one sitting on a ramp in front of Dot and Rick’s (AKA Rotten Dick’s) gas station on 11W in Surgoinsville, about 10 minutes from Rogersville. It was sold several years ago and replaced with Cooter’s tow truck. Used to drive by it every day until we moved to Johnson City in ‘21.
