lol, showing my age... I remember this ordeal.
She sued, saying it was a breech of contract. Officially it was settled but functionally, she won, saying she now hadt he opportunity to walk onto a Toyota dealership and pick out what she wanted.

It actually became a whole thing in case law about the perception of agreements and performance.
