I started this build many years ago and I have finally decided to finish it so my brother can have a cool trailer

I took an old boat trailer and cut it up to make the frame and then i rolled some steel to shape the main body. Today I got it down from the loft and we started mocking it up. Made some tube frames that will support the main body. And picked up some trailer fenders. Cool part is my dad is helping me and we will be giving it to my brother to use with his bike.

This weekend I realized I have about 1.5 months to finish this before my brother comes to pick it up. So time to get moving.

I decide to cut it down and narrow it a little and then will add fenders on outside to cover the wheels. Tacked in tube supports (lots more to add ) and tacked in outside skin to see what fits etc.

Also found I need to move trailer axle back a few inches so trailer will have correct tongue weight.

I love the idea. I went with a cheap HF folding trailer to pull my R6 around to track days and races throughout the SE. Just sold it last night. In for more updates.

Kind of looks like a mobile mash pot for moonshine.
