mountain lions (cougars) in NC?

i've heard lots of stories and monsterquest done a show on big cats not long ago. they had a pic that was said to be down east. and said cougars have a 100 to 200 mile range. but u ask any wildlife people around wnc and they say no way not since the late 1800s. i say they are here but who knows.

have seen coyote in High Point after the green st exit on bus 85 so they are around and someone had to bring them in they wont just show up have seen several running together

Wille coyote is alive and well in Snow Camp I have seen and heard them. I have been told by people who spend enough time in the woods to know what their talking about that they have seen cougars. With all the clear cutting going on the people out in the sticks are gonna start seeing allot more wild animals
