45 min? Wow, you must have been working pretty fast and not hit a single stuck bolt.
The BJ spacers are pretty easy, biggest pain is that you have to trim back part of the upper a-arm. It looks like it will almost fit... but it won't. 4" cutting wheel in a grinder does the trick nicely.
Thanks for the info about bj spacers, the chasis on this truck was very clean when i got it, my impact broke the bolts loose very easily, i sprayed all the bolts with PB Blaster last week too. I had to make some 1" spacers for my front bumper, and break the steering loose so it would self-adjust when lifting it. I thaught it would take a long time to install but i had it done in about 45 mins by myself. i used the stock bushings that where already on it. I will post a pic but it dont look too much different.
