now I need to.. :shaking:

paint it
finish the exo
winch mount/winch
fix an oil leak or two
fix the tcase leak (speedo cable cross threaded?)
do the small drivetrain lift with hockey pucks or something
build a new front driveshaft or at least re-tube mine (likely)
hydro assist, gusset front axle, welded 3rd for front, longfield outers
groove new TSL's
stereo, vynil seats, some sort of dash with gauges
tube doors. That's ALL

dang- I hadn't posted in my buildup thread in forever LOL!! I must be slack.

well since I dual cased my rig I've been bothered b/c when I cut my second shifter "square" it was all crooked. As small as this sounds it has been driving me nuts LOL. here's a pic of my day and what I did to fix it. Will finish tomorrow.
not even square...lol

you have no idea! they have 1 trip on them and that was URE LOL.
exo, paint, and some odds/ends and she'll go out wheeling

sup man, truck looks good! if you get a chance can you tell me what your tires actually measure. I always hear that the 38x12.50 run small. thanks!

Rig looks nice.
Did you have a bolt go missing fro the steering shaft one day at URE?
If so, i was the one that had the spare stud.

yup-- that's me... THANKS big time for that.

paulevans- I'll try to get a measurement for ya. mine are on 8" wheels at 5psi

spent most of the day measuring and trying to conjure "how" to do this under the reg. cab space constraints. this should work just fine. I'll finish it asap with some more bracing and sheetmetal. updates soon I hope.

thanks, I need some vynil yota seats. no harnesses I just want to relocate the lower seat belt mount.

I have a lot more sheet metal welding to do but it is wheelable right now. :driver:

Man that thing looks great. I've been thinking of doing that kind of floor job on my runner. Did you just flat plate with bushings on the stock yota mount minus the molded rubber like some of the formula toy guys? I'm running the front range offroad hy clearance member with my cases against the bottom of the floor board, it made massive amounts of clearance over stock, but I like your rig better. I'm doing a dual case install for a friend using marlin adapter and a allpro XXX crossmember with the parking brake kit. I'm putting 5 inch springs with 38s on it but it already has a 3 inch body that he is keeping so I can really shove the crossmember up on it. I really think it is going to sit way to high but it's not my ride.
I have a 3 inch spring lift and inch shackle lift on my runner (with a 1 inch axle move fwd) how much do you have to clear the 38's? I couldn't clear my ram and hy steer setup with any less lift. my 38's measure 35.5 ish with 8-9 psi on 8 inch wheels. Anyway props man that thing looks great.

my susp. setup is about 3.5" lift total by RUF with skymfg. hanger (axle 3.5" forward) and marlin 4.5" shackles. and 04' tacoma doublecab rear springs minus the o/l + a 2.5" long AAL.
I am running the SKYMFG dual case skidplate with some homemade spacers I made
fenderwells are tubbed back to the body mounts and wheels are 2.5" BS 15x8's.
thanks for the compliments and your rig sounds pretty sweet btw. shoot me some pics via pm if you can.
