I'd be happy w/ any of those except 45.
A) we should have our own identity instead of trying to be anti-pirate and
B) could never wear that to work due to the word "sucks". And I'd really like to wear the shirt a lot.

I'd like something reasonably classy for those of us who work in "offilce" environments.
 
I really wish everyone would quit cryin'. cause dieselwhale is going to end up winning anyway. not that I dont think he should, its all good. but damn, like it hasn't been said before, the winning shirt will be changed by the bigwigs of the forum before they go to print. so stop worrying about it.
 
Its really not a knock on you bro...hell I personally admire the effort for sure. It may not be my personal taste, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. If I were 18-21 again I'd rock it...but at this point I would like to see something more conservative that I could wear in any venue, that's all.

But who ever wins I don't think its too fair to do much modification to the design...other wise what was the point in voting? I understand changing for fitment, but content should not be edited.
 
yeah, I get it. hell, to tell you the truth I havent even voted yet. the one I would have liked to seen finalized didnt make it to this round. and I probably wont vote for mine this time cause there are a couple others I think would go better with this site. I just made that one cause I like the way it looks personally, the "cali sucks" was a throwback reference of "cause we dont care how u do it in cali", because with everything else, all those words wouldnt fit.

and Im not too sure how much they will change, but I think that they are going to be made by someone else other than by the website we used to come up with these designs. and Im sure that the admins would want to put a little input on the design as well, since this is their site and all.
 
I agree with what ever body has said so far, I especially like the "i don't like the current winner but I'll still buy it" comments, lol like we don't know which one your talking about.

I wish we could use this as research for the shirt instead of a final vote. That the designers really would know what the people want. Looks like clean conservative style is the majority so far with the nasty "F' You" type coming in a close second (maybe taking over the lead). Anyway if I had know that I would have designed something for those two style tastes instead of just guessing like I did.

Regardless it's been a fun to keeping up with it all.

because of the "holier than thou" attitude that all the cali people on pirate have because they have johnson valley and the rubicon. since they have those two badass places, they like to act like they are special.

personally i like the cali sucks one, but i think its because i fall in that 18-21 age bracket. :flipoff2:

I catch that sometimes but not always. Same could be said for the southeast. of course, I like pirate so I might be biased.

oh dont get me wrong, im on pirate all the time and love it. i think the "cali sucks" is meant as more of a friendly jab, not a serious "F U"
