I recommend a loosely taped cardboard box and a 10 mile trip down the road, consider the tape a time delay fuse if it helps explain the process.

Clair is one of our rescues. More she picked us by riding home in the wife's engine bay as a kitten.

Doesn't really meow, I call her my little velociraptor. She's not loud just a really unique chirp when she wants attention or food. Can be held but definitely on her terms. She's a typical cat. White with little grey and black. She usually meets me every evening.

Wife's car was like freshly washed and she wasn't on the back porch to meet me. Will update if the wife hasn't already rehomed her.
