Need help keeping cats off vehicles

Must be something about the truck. LOL I kinda feel bad for this cat. I think all he wants is a dry spot out of the rain. As long as he isn't tearing things up I can deal with it I guess. But I don't wanna come out to tore up seats or a tore up top on Michelle's Liberty.
