Need real world experience

I built the exact Sami except mine had a set of custom made glasspack mufflers on it so it was way more gooder than what you're trying to build. Here is a pick of my custom muffs

That looks a lot like my wood pulp forms, too. Fill 'em up with wood shavings and glue and squeeeeeeeeze 'em.
 
If you want to go coil "cool" sprung then cut a nice round tree into whatever desired height ya need and use self tappers straight into the axle tube and lock tite!!! If you make the screws at a X pattern it's same as triangulation so it'll never fail...

@Ron Your a douche. I responded to this thread before I realized the other thread you are mimicking. Because of this I had to read all of the posts. Now I have wasted time that could have been productive. THIS IS WHY hardwood floors cost so much...

There's a spot in the kitchen that needs reworked, and I want to take a dip out of the floor near the hall bath. Let me know when you're coming to Raleigh. :beer:
