Just got latest 4473 version. Notice anything interesting?

Huh, I filled out three of those in the last two weeks and never noticed. (New gun safe is filling up fast)

On that note, Marion has a ballin' gun shop now in the old Marion Family Pharmacy.

I highly recommend it to everyone. They even have free mints.
 
I'd think anyone that picks non-binary would be the type to also think that guns are evil and should only be handled by the authorities, which they want disbanded, because how dare they own such oppressive objects that have discriminated against all manner of dainbramaged fucktards over the millennia.

Also, and more seriously, if you were to pick that option, and you had previously submitted the form listing yourself as male or female, wouldn't that likely get kicked back?

.....Now that I think about it, by choosing that you are basically admitting that you have a mental condition that precludes you from owning a firearm.

So, this is actually a genius move by the man! I support adding this selection.

So this is a stereotype for a reason, but definitely not always true.
A good friend and coworker is a lesbian, classic country farm girl, married to a cop. Both are very fond of their firearms. She has multiple friends who consider themselves to not fall into a typical category who are sharpshooters and not somebody I would want to try and seperate from their weapons. Their wedding was... interesting.

Keep in mind there is nothing illegal about a sex change nor changing identity on a form, plus sex is a protected class. So a change in history on this form, especially when the form options have changed, can't really be used for anything.

I agree, I wouldn’t think that those that check the ‘non binary’ box are typically the ones filling out those forms. However, I’ll never discourage someone from gun ownership, I don’t care if they identify as a toaster. I have a much bigger problem with the folks that clearly have no idea how to handle their purchase safely.
