Hey guys, what's up? I am into jeeps of all shapes and sizes, I've had a lifted TJ and XJ. Stock ZJ and a stock Just Kidding. I miss that 4 door JK, but damn I don't miss the payment! Anyways, like I said, I have had 4 Jeeps, looking for number 5. I am in the process of finding me a CJ7 and make a 4 door outta it. Anyways, why I am here...

Selfless promotion! My Mom n Dad run a Do-It-Yourself Auto Repair shop in Archdale, NC. Thought you guys of all people would want a lift you put your Jeeps on if you all wanted to do any kind of suspension work. If you guys are interested in this just drop on by! It is called "You Fix It" and it is on the corner of US 311 and Old Cedar Square Rd one light up from where you get on the 311 Bypass. 8718 Hwy 311. Come on by, rates are reasonable. $15/hr to rent out a bay not using the lift, $20/hr to utilize the lift. They do have half day and full day rates and they do headlight restos for $29.95, and oil changes for $25. Phone number to set up an appointment is 336-431-6594.

What's wrong with daydreaming about building a 4 door CJ on a JK frame with all the drivetrain from the JK. Engine, trans, t case, axles. Gonna be work but fun.
 
Btw hard to say you are not advertising when you say shameless self promotion in our original post.

Look up promotion in the dictionary...I bet advertising comes up in the first five words.
 
:eek:ops: OK yea I was doin some advertising. I just dunno where to go to get the word out. This place seemed like a great idea but it has been open 3 months maybe, and no one is coming in at all. Everyone is just driving on past. Sucks to see this be all for naught. I have no affiliation, I am just the son of the owners, but I think this thing is gonna be a flop. I just figured go on here, see what you guys thought of this. Sorry for advertising without paying. If need be I will pay up...
 
Not to buy in to your clever advertising ploy, but I sure wish there was a place like that near Raleigh. I heard of one, but can't seem to find it.

If y'all look at the first post its his mom and dads shop so hes not the vendor he's just recommending a place if anything this thread should just be moved. I don't have to have a vendor diamond to brag on or complain about a business on here which is all he's really doing technically since its not his place.
 
I live less then 1/2 mile from this shop and pass everyday and I did not know y'all had opened it back up. After reading post I drove by to look. i see y'all have name and rent a bay or lift on the window but if your just passing by you will never notice that. Really needs bigger sign with better slogan or something that's lets you know what y'all do and that you can rent a bay with out having to look for it. Also the large old automotive repair shop sign is still up an more noticeable than anything so everybody still thinks just a normal repair shop like I did probably.
