I think that guy is one of the most famous bums.. More famous than Rufus from BumFights!

But have you read his stories?!?! Ha ha ha.. holy hell man those things are crazy!

Oh, and I had a moment of sincerity and decided to give em a lift.. He mumbled a bunch of crazy stuff and once I got him to where he wanted to go on King street, I looked and he had peed in the seat.... good thing I had borrowed that car!
