I got the headers fitted this week and it all fits, mostly. I will likely have to clearance the pinch weld on the inside of the foot well boxes but I won't have to cut anything, just some massaging

The transmission is now rebuilt with the D300 adapter and the D300 is fitted for mockup. Also for mockup, I fitted a 2" body lift. With the tcase touching the floor, I can see that the frame is too high. I will have to clearance the floor slightly and then lower the frame by about 2".

It has been a slow burn but we have made some progress on the Patrol. I have bounced around a bit with axles but finally landed with a 14 bolt in the rear and a KP D60 in front. I also got some worn out 37's to roll the axles around and check fitment. I am still considering 40's but not sure yet. I also bought 2 more Patrols so I should have all the original parts that I want for this build including a steel top!
