OK.. For all you tattoo guys..

This is a simple matter of physiology.
It will hurt the most there you are closest to bone (e.g., feet, should blades, pelvis) and have a lot of nerves (pain receptors specifically). All of the above. PA good example of the "nerve" component too...
I'd imagine the worst would probably be underside of knuckles, or lips

I would have to agree, and add tendons to that list....

Like I said, between the toes, inside of the foot, ankle bone, and the tendons on top of my foot were the worst spots..

legs no prob, I also have a large back piece that goes from just below my shirt collar to just below my belt, and that was not bad, a few places around the shoulder blades hurt a bit, but nothing like some places on the foot.

My next one is going to be a little something over the backs of both my ankles, across the tendons..

I KNOW that is going to hurt :(

i would have to say along the inside of the arm at the arm pit and then the ankles

Inner bicep .... ouch.

I've worked in a tattoo shop for 18 months now .... and the most complained about places are the rib cages, chest and neck. However ... I have a few on my neck ... and personally ... I love the neck.

OK, so let's see some pics (NOT THE PA)
Especially anything done in the Hickory area - I'm looking around at shops for another one...
