OK,somebody needs to fess up

You can't fix crazy by getting more fiber in your diet.

No, not directly, but what about the idea that if all of your dietary needs were being met naturally, without forcing your system to work overtime to process shit that you shouldnt have in your system in the first place, you might not have started going crazy to begin with?

Pretty sure you would.......

I am no doctor, but I don't think you can blame her behavior on too many McDonald's Double Cheeseburgers....

I think this footage of her as a child might explain more than her diet

When diet is correct, medicine is of no need."

Yes, everyone knows that the proper diet is the best prevention for brain chemical/physiology disorders like schizophrenia.

How naive are you?

Do you read a lot of health magazines? Your reply really makes it sound like you do. Many of them seem to claim that nothing bad will ever happen to you if you just eat right, exercise, and meditate. Oops, you got cancer. Must be your diet. Must not be doing enough cardio. Or maybe if you ate more vegetables then that inherited illness wouldn't have started to surface when you turned 27 like it did with your dad and uncle too..

Seriously, if you eat well and stay fit, and nothing happens to you, you're very lucky. If you're going to have major health problems, or have problems with mental illness, it's going to happen whether you like it or not. It's complete bullshit to fool yourself and think otherwise. Diet and fitness can't fix major problems with brain chemistry or physiology. Marathon runners can have problems with mental illness. It's something you have or you don't, it's not something you can deflect past a certain trivial amount.
