one ton toyota on 42's

Looks good man. I need to work on mine....but it's cold and I'm busy/lazy.
 
I like the design. If you make it large enough, you could hide the winch inside of it. Yes, and don't forget the Jeep recovery points. :)

yea the first model is a little small im going to take some numbers on the winch here at work and go from there but i like the plate design better than a tube bumper. ive been doing a lot of research trying to get some ideas together

well got my new shaft and d60 to toyota flange in... way better angle on the joints now if i could just get my S10 sold so i can get a dang locker!!
 
Sold the S10 today gonna order my front locker and some cage metal next week can't wait to be locked in the front again! Didn't get all that I wanted for the truck but its sold so I can move forward on some bills and this truck!!
 
and some updates and some poser shots for those who like to read... new front drive shaft, new hot rod exhaust, and some massage on the bed.. no more tire rub at full flex

well i got my front locker thanks ecgs! now who wants to help me install it? lol well went by the car wash today and knocked any dirt and mud away so maybe tomorrow i can tear into it.
 
well im no longer open in the front got everything installed today just got to finish putting the brakes back together and mounth the front wheels.. few pics for the readers :driver:

did you do anything different with the brake master cylinder? Im having some issues on the taco im working on with one tons

yea jonnyb made me an adapter plate and im running a one ton chevy master cylinder... she stopes great but the pedal pressure is not what id like it to be but it locks the tires up when i need it to
 
URE check drove over everything i wanted check... on to the next step ordered 5 sticks of tubing going on vacation the back to work on the truck
 
Back from the dead..........next week ill be starting my exo cage and ill be sure to take some pictures... cant wait to weld in this kinda weather!!
