well i got a nice package from east coast gear today!! gears in tomorrow then on to the steering and brakes!!!
NAPA sells a "Pinstripe Eraser" for removing pinstripes and vinyl decals. It costs about $12.50 and does a great job. I used one to remove all of the side body stripes on my '94 4Runner. It is just a big 5" diameter pencil eraser that is powered by a drill motor. It took me about an hour to strip everything off the Yota. A little polishing compound and elbow grease and everything looks great...well funny i was just thinking about that... im leaning toward a flapper wheel and some time to remove them, but then again it might just get painted over haha
your H1 wheels, you may want to roll some stiffeners for the inside of them as well as the outside. Here's why:
Bent the inner rim rock racing....raced on it for about a 300ft before i knew it was flat....also, if you look on pirate their is a place where you can get the butyl rubber inner rings for cheap if you haven't found that place already...
yea i spent a few hours cutting down a set of mag run flats so i shouldngt have that problem unless something really bad goes on inside... and thanks for the complimentsbtw....kickass build....
