we have so many people on governnment assisitance that were born into it. They have a birth right to live on unemployment, food stamps, and assisted living. Rent free while we work to pay mortages and taxes so they can sit at home and w
atch opra and ellen.

In Durham there is...:flipoff2: $10 / yr. SERIOUSLY!!! With written consent from every adjoiner (neighbor). Roosters ain't even legal in Durham and you can get a heavy penalty if you're found with one in your captivity. Durham's UDO (Unified Development Ordinance) puts Cary and Raleigh's to shame...

Another tax for Durham coming is garden tax. It's in the hat right now downtown.

I deal with this shit daily for a living on the Private Sector end. I've got all the local UDO's pretty much memorized except for they change / add to them daily.
