And wasn't given a long time left.
Wife is really having a hard time with it.

Lost my border collie of almost 15 years back in the fall. Wasn’t ready for another dog but my wife duped my ass when her mom brought home this little shit’s brother and “they have one more that needs a home”. I get a hall pass to buy whatever the fuck I want when my wife brings home animals. Welcome our new English Shepherd, Sawyer. This makes for 3 hall passes stocked up.

It sucks for sure. I think it's harder on my wife because he was here when she came into our lifes. And he hated her. Until one day he decided she was his human now and has been within 3 ft of her anytime he is around.
