PO boy looking for a lift

Best and cheapest lift do not go together, youre cheapest route is to do a 2inch spacer lift with correct shocks and bump stops. It would also be best to plate youre factory control arms for strength. If you go much above 2 inches you will need a slip yoke eliminator on youre t case as well to prevent driveline vibes, this combo actually works pretty well and is fairly durable. This would allow you a 32/33 tire. 33 might be a little rubbing with front swaybar disconnected.

You probably also have 3.07 gears in that jeep, going up too much in tire size will severly hurt youre power.

If youre on that much of a budget, throw on a set of 31 mts, swaybar disconnects, keep youre power, keep youre reliability and go wheel, get some experience under youre belt.

Yeah looking at getting 32s...not looking to mod too much this is my DD... Just looking to get a little more clearance and that tough lifted look... Went to flats stock and was amazed at flex ability...

The best bet is a 2" spacer lift, swaybar discos, Old Man Emu big $$$ shocks, 32" MT's of some variety, and a Lockrite/Powertrax/Aussie in the rear. Drive it everywhere, wheel it anywhere. My jeep was the most fun when it was setup like that. I was on 3.07 gears, and it was doable, but not idea. On 3.73's it would have been awesome.

the spacers were $25 a pair on ebay. think his name was "fat bob" or something like that.

2" spacers and 1" body lift should clear 33's nicely. less then $150 total on the lift and then add tires.

nice job Kelly for getting another addict on this site. haha
