I have been looking around the Raleigh Cary area for a good bit now and havn't found a very good machine shop for light fabrication and small metal supplies. Most people I have found are either sky high expensive for simple fab, or only sell in large commercial type quantities. Does anyone have a local shop that they know does good work for a god price? And are there any good suppliers?
 
Hamilton Machine on Withers Road in Garner, maybe?

I haven't had anything done there in a couple of years... but have had them do a bunch of little $20-30 jobs in the past.
 
I had a great experience with them. Ask for Lenny. They did a $50 job for me and turned it around in a couple of days.
 
Thanks guys, stopped by Hamiltons today and talked with Lenny, really nice guy and had the metal I needed for cheap, def will be going back there, and they are open on saturday till about 10
