Yep, It tends to resist bugs and rot pretty well. Been down since I put up the zip line.

That creek is loaded with salamanders and I don’t want to muck up the water crossing it.

I agree on all accounts, that type round her rarely get that big or straight. I also noticed as a kid they get purty dang hard when dry. At least 8 year old self with a hatchet thought so.

Holly is funny like that. When they are green, they are super soft and easy to cut. But once dry, they are friggin tough!

Old boss gave me the building's old boiler fuel oil tank. Still got a couple hundred gallons of dyed diesel in it. $2k rollback just paid for itself.
