One of 6 cabinets full of “specialty” type tools. Spam me with better storage ideas. I’ve got a bad tool problem. If I have ever needed it I buy it. Problem is I have the same amount at work. Powers tools are taking the work benches over too with no where to go. Trunk of the car is full of new stuff to come in but I gotta organize. I just need a bigger shop

That’s actually the plan. Imma dig out beside my shop put one under the overhang and cut a door into the side and be a straight up storage room and have nothing in the shop but a roll cart and jacks
My family’s first Harley!
It’s a Serial 1 Mosh Cty e-bike. They’re affiliated with Harley.
The Kannapolis YMCA and Speedway Harley Davidson had a program for students 16-20, my 19 year-old had to write an essay and get 3 letters of recommendation to be considered. She was chosen and we picked it up last night! They gave away 15 e-bikes last night. It will be good for her when she transfers to UNCC next year.
I tried it out today. It’s a single-speed with a belt instead of chain. And like 4 or 5 levels of pedal assist. On the highest level it will scoot!
Took this thing in to downtown for the BaT photoshoot. Driving an unknown car in unknown condition for someone who is/was very attached to it is nerve wracking.
Took the kids to Black Mountain to do some walking around and Christmas shopping today. Made a detour up Curtis Creek Road to see how much it was affected. Pictures of course don’t do it justice. The landslide on the other side of those trees was probably 400ft wide!
In the 3 or so miles we travel, probably 20% of it had been rebuilt like this.
It’s hard to imagine a creek flowing deep/hard/fast enough to do this
Then we hit the mean streets of black mountain
And finished the day off with a hike to the top of Lookout Mountain in Montreat.
Took some type to clean up in the shop this morning. Decided to clean up the wrench drawer while I was at it. Used to have an extra 30 or so wrenches in here that were duplicates. Moved em to an empty drawer in the top box, which gave me enough room to actually organize the adjustable wrenches instead of just throwing them in the middle in a pile.
