I went through school with that guy. He's an interesting character. He's about 5'3" and will fight anyone at the drop of a hat. He grew up pretty rough and still runs with a rough crew to this day. Of all people to interview where I grew up they pick him to represent us. Damn!
 
Buddy borrowed my bil's skid steer today. This happened during transit. Not sure what happened. He thinks a board broke and shifted the weight. Said it happens so quick he had no time to react.

Did the truck go with it, or did the trailer come loose?
 
Trailer stayed attached to truck. It bent the hall and hall mount. Was being pulled by a 2nd gen dodge drw with a flatbed.

At least he chained it properly,..skidsteer stayed with the trailer..... so that kind of trashes the "load shifting" theory!

Yep. I know his asshole neighbor also. He's a true piece of crap. The crazy thing is he grew up with money. Could have been very successful. His family owns a well known liquor store in town that's been operating forever. Robert D. Raeford drives all the way from Charlotte to get his booze there. We've had some run ins with the guy that was arrested. It was over a land lease dispute. He lost the lease and we took it over. He threatened to shoot us and all sorts of other BS because of it. I guess he had about 5000 illegal weapons to choose from if he decided to try haha.

You wouldn't want anything this guys sat in. Think of the dirtiest, smelliest dude you know and multiply it. Now place a 300lb dirty ass print in the seat. Throw some dip spit and cow shit in there also.

I would have to go with the defense of "I was keeping things off the streets". I know it sound crazy, but why else would I have that many guns.
