Heads up if you squeeze two adults in, it needs more weight on the front if you have any interest in steering going uphill

Consensus is that it's good, especially the breast, but too much of the outer meat isn't really edible because it's too crunchy. I'm sure the technique could have been a lot better

Did one kit do both? I have a kit on the shelf for the commuter car, but haven't done it yet because I'm not sure one kit is enough.

Yes. The 3m kit came with about a half dozen 500 grit and 800 grit sanding pads, and enough juice on the coating wipes to do both sides like 10 times.
