“New” grill. Hardly used by some rich people in Southern Pines. They are adding a full built in patio grill thingy so they let this go. I’ll take it!!

Edit to add that thanks to @kaiser715 for helping get it off the back of the truck today while he was helping me locate some underground stuff at the house!! Solid for sure!!

Stupid .6 acre lot in a HOA neighborhood after the move makes that a challenge.

The wife and I have debated this a bunch. My backyard is fully fenced. HOA covenants say "no unusual pets or livestock"
My counterpoints
1 - Aint nothing unusual about goats.
2- How dare you offend my deformed feeted puppies. They identify as dogs.
3 - They are support animals - they support my mental health dammit - dont discriminate and oppress me

Instead...I just wait until we get back on some acreage in a couple years.

Definition of livestock is that it is an asset, typically for production of some kind.
If they are a net loss in value and produce no service... its just a hobby animal.

Sounds to me like what you have are pets that are very common where you come from.
