But if I keep it, he won’t give a darn about it. Which is better? You sell that Jeep, then your son will be doing what I'm doing when he's in his 40's. Getting it back and restoring it![]()

I wonder if they fixed the sewer pipe the was busted and dumping on the hillside yet.Chimney rock park reopened this week
Here's what you really needSpent a few hours in this unit this weekend. Makes all the sketchy places we used to take a tractor much easier to mow.

I surveyed for that new sewer pipe almost 3 years ago. Hell of a job but we got to climb up the side so it was fun.No, temporary water unit still at roadside and sewer still dumping on hill. Looking at $200million to repair the dam unfunded. About 6 restaurants open and a few shops. Water is 30ft lower than regular levels and docks/ boat houses look suspended in air.
But those that survived the storm need the tourism to return which is a hard sell without the lake
Actually, this is the one I was looking for, but didn't show up when I searched Ventrac. Of course when I'm searching for nothing at all, it shows upSpent a few hours in this unit this weekend. Makes all the sketchy places we used to take a tractor much easier to mow.

Who's head? I have a soft spot for old axesI finally took the time to get an old hatchet my grandfather gave me back up to a working condition. It started with giving the hatchet head an electrolysis bath for a few hours to knock the rust off. I then wire wheeled and ground the burrs down on the back. I then painted it and gave it a good sharpening. I decided to go with a 19 inch american hickory handle. I burned the handle with a torch then stained it before it got a clear coat. The hatchet head is an old Stanley based on my research its from the 1930s or 40s. I know the paint is going to come off with use but I'm fine with it.

It has a hand stamped Stanley logo on it. Based on the size, shape and wooden handle i belive it is from around 1938s based on their tool catalog. Its either their hunters axe or jobmaster hatchet.Who's head? I have a soft spot for old axes
