Yep. They are all over the place around here, and dont work.
 
I read somewhere that you have to use a real dog to actually start the process over once the geese become acclimated to the cutouts.

A coworker told me that he was sitting by a small pond behind a business park eating his lunch when a guy pulled up and let a dog out to chase the geese. The guy also put a R/C boat in the pond and chased them off with it. After the geese had all left, he and the dog loaded up and left. I want that guys job.

yes I figured Just didn't want to shell out the deductable.

I used Devcon and bedliner. Still going to sand it down and finish it up a bit better when I get time. (it was still wet so looks worse than it turned out)
