I worked with a guy one time that did about the same. At 25 he started getting kidney stones, after he passed a stone the third time he finally gave up soda, and he never had another stone.

Yeah if I let it drop to 1600 rpm I start to get some of that mythical interwebz cummins fuel mileage. But driving that slow is hard.

my Daddy loved going up in there but everytime I went,we would start fishing when the water was up on high tide and out in the flat swamp. I wouldn't catch a damn thing.By the time the water would drop down into the runs and where I could get to them and tear their asses up, Daddy would be getting tired and needing to go. He bragged about some of the blue gills and robins he pulled out. Hung a cat fish in there one time that broke his heavy surf pole.

Long sleeves ftw. Skin gets too leathery. Way worse than sunburn and definitely no shorts or pants with knee holes. Those are great for directing spatter straight into your boots.
