Random pic thread.

Pic a coworker took of me today.

I'm more concerned at the chemical looking containers in the lowest left-hand door shelf!
I'm pretty sure it's maple syrup. But it sure looks like some high test stuff! My wife likes to buy expensive things I suppose. No, I don't suppose, I'm certain.

I think he's talking about the 2 metal cans on the other end of the shelf.

grovepark?
Yes, best part along with the old mill equipment. Almost zero folks even knew it was on site....God I hate crowds.

Because the home owner thinks the fireplace is really nice, now we need to do something in front of the door too. I'm never getting out of here. View attachment 259820

Perhaps I'm OCD - but more than likely it's because I'm a graphic designer - but it appears your star is a little off center of the door.

A little workplace holiday fun

Hahahaha, nice! Whose office is that?

That's gotta be diabetic shock in a can if it's good enough for a tin!
On a side note, I love old tins. Something about quality of years past.
Maple syrup in an old lacquer can.Thats some fru-fru shit right there.

I mean, I'm assuming he's not holding you hostage to work for free.

Clearly you've never lived in New England. ;)
Outside of tourist traps targeted to people who travel to see fall foliage, maple syrup is a bulk commodity just like industrial chemicals, not something to put in a pretty bottle. I don't care what type of can it comes from, only how it tastes.

I sometimes have adhesives or polymer resins in the fridge to extend their shelf life. They're usually new and unopened when I put them in their though.

They do it to flush out the lines, sometimes after major work was done, I haven't seen it done in the same place weekly before. I have seen it done for a week or two straight in the same place though.
They’ve been putting the water and sewer lines in for townhomes on our street. I guess that’s it. Otherwise it might be once a year

somebody might be calling in complaining about sour smellin water esp. if that hydrant is near the end of a line. Looking again at the photo,I believe that hydrant is at the end. I see a blue line painted on the curb and the hydrant is pointing towards that direction instead of turned with the pumper nozzle towards the street.
