Random pic thread.

They can only back out so far, then the case snaps them off. Munch munch munch go the spider gears. Mine made a big BANG but still had power. I pulled over and was giving everything a look-over when I smelled gear oil - the bolt heads went between the ring gear and the cover, denting it and making it leak just enough. I drove to a Walmart and popped the cover to see what had happened. Three ring gear bolt were loose but not broken - the rest were toast. I spaced out three bolts the best I could, buttoned it back up, and drove home from the other side of Asheville.

Crappy pic, but I'm too beat to walk back out there

I see a bottle of water in one of the pics.........w a few or more cases of beer, a bonefire and some hamburgers etc. you could have had a fence raising party and basically sat in a chair and supervised while your friends built that fence....:smokin:

That's a rookie move.
Gonna weld the ring gear to the TrueTrac. The amount of heat will dictate the thickness of the shim pack.
bahahah and dont forget to use the broken bolts as alignment dowels
