That man is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
Sounds like you've spoken with him too. I made one comment about the tiny handles he hangs onto going 300+ mph and wondered how he steered, and he talked to me for 10 minutes about the launch physics, what happens to the chassis going down the strip, the controls and how they work, and a few others. Incredibly upbeat and energetic. He's definitely good people!

Found why my mower started running like crap and blowing through the carb....

Sloan rep just came by to show us all the new hotness before ASPE in Atlanta

Apparently they have a new line of facuets that can be controlled, adjusted, and monitored from your phone. I think I've seen it all now.

If my fil could use a smart phone and would pay for one he’d use it to cut down on how much water you used when washing your hands.Fix it so’s he could turn the pool pump off??? It’d be green water from now on.

I do, and it does, but the sensor will even pick up motion to the side of center. Steam is the biggest culprit with this.
try putting a piece of Scotch tape over it to scatter he light a little. It likely works off of a differential.

Sounds neat, but I'm hard pressed to think of a scenario where I'd like to control my sink from my phone, did they offer examples?

Thought of one this morning. It takes just shy of a minute in the morning for the hot water to get to our master shower. So I loose 1 minute a day that I could be sleeping. x365 days, thats SIX HOURS of sleep I miss out on each year. If I could roll over and punch the hot water on from my phone, I wouldn't have to stand there every single morning waiting for hot water.

Right now our master bath is on the opposite wall from the hot water heater. the heat is there in less than 5 seconds. on the opposite side of the house, the kitchen sink on a water saver faucet takes about 5 minutes, no joke, to get the heat. Subject to a GC's opinion, we are planning to build the house so that kitchens and baths are all closest to the tank as possible.
