My old build thread was pretty awful so I deleted it and im starting over. Minus the 44frt chapter.
Specs: 97tj 4.0 ax15 231 100"wb
60ff rear out of '00 e350
60 frt out of '90 f350

The rear has been done for about 2 years now and I ran it with a j20 44 frt. 44 wasn't up to the task of spinning 37 red labels so after busting both u joint at the gultches back in june, I traded the stickies for a 60 frt.

Nice!! I got a nice trackbar with a johnny joint on the end of it for you in the back of my truck. Just call me and I'll meet you somewhere to give it to you

that truss is badass!! can't wait to see more progress pics.

Thanks guys! Im really excited about the truss. I paid a lot for it but when I considered what my time is worth and how long it took me to put brackets on my 44, it was a no brainer. It will cut my fab time in half at least and I can leave the tape measure in my toolbox. WFO concepts really hooked me up. I would highly recommend them if you cant get it locally. Gotta get my unimix filled and burn it on!

Geez what a PITA kyle is. Picked these up a couple of weeks ago. Hurt my back mounting them. On h2's a 40 creepy crawler weighs 146lbs. I would take some pics of the axle truss finished but my garage is such a mess I cant get a good angle on it. Just need a locker, 1 stub shaft, slugs,u joints, and steering links and arms.:wheel:

Making progress. 4.88s, spartan locker installed. You can see the rest.

Did you preheat and slow cool those knuckles in the grill? Looking good man.

Yessir. 400* for about an hour, welded most of it, back on the grill for another 15 just to make sure they didnt cool too much, welded last piece, then back on the grill and let the coals burn out.

FWIW, a mac tool cart is not sturdy enough to support a built 60. It takes 3 people to move it with out folding the legs underneath.
